Fibro Resources

Knowledge is power.  Knowledge has the ability to set us free and to allow us to overcome.  Without knowledge we are left weak, defenseless, and roaming blindly in the dark.

Fibromyalgia is a difficult foe.  It is sneaky, evasive, and sometimes even unpredictable.  It can sneak up on us when we least expect it and bombard us with new, stranger symptoms.

Since this life-changing condition can have a devastating effect on our lives, it is imperative that we learn as much as we can about it, so we can face it informed and strong.  As such, I will also be sharing with you any useful books, articles, sites, or other resources I come across in my own quest for answers.

If you don't see a fibro resource you love here, feel free to share it in the comments below, and I will add it to the links on this page.

Basic info for supplements that may help with fibro symptoms.  I can attest to how wonderful Vitamin B Complex and Melatonin are.  The Vitamin B has helped me with muscle spasms, twitches, and tingling, more than muscle relaxers ever did.  And the Melatonin has helped me sleep much better than I have in years, lessening my fatigue.  http://www.fmnetnews.com/coping-resources/daily-living/supplements
